Terms & Conditions
Who Can Enter
- To qualify for an entry in the prize draw, the Entrant must be a New Zealand property owner and receive a free, in-person, market appraisal completed by a Professionals Licensed Salesperson.
- The appraisal must be completed within the campaign dates of 1 June 2025 and 31 July 2025.
- The property must have a valid address and the Entrant must be the homeowner.
- The Entrant must be 18 years of age or older.
- Employees of Professionals Group New Zealand (PGNZ) and associated companies, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter this promotion.
- The winners will be drawn on 7 August 2025. All winners will be notified by telephone and written or electronic means within 3 working days of the prize being drawn.
Promotion Prize
- There are two national prizes available in this promotion, each consisting of a $10,000 travel voucher from House of Travel.
- The total prize pool is valued at $20,000. The prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
- The names, images and/or voice (including photographs, film and/or recordings of the same) of the promotion Winner’s may be published by PGNZ in both internal and public communications (including social media posts) for an unlimited period of time without further notification, remuneration or compensation, and by entering the promotion the Winner’s consent to such publication.
Further Terms & Conditions
- PGNZ reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries. PGNZ reserves the right to disqualify any Entrant who provides false information or who seeks to gain an unfair advantage or manipulate the promotion.
- PGNZ reserves the right to terminate or change the promotion or any or all of the specifications at any time without notification.
- If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, due to any cause beyond the control of PGNZ, the promotion may be abandoned or postponed at the unfettered discretion of PGNZ. PGNZ accepts no responsibility for such an event.
- The terms and conditions of this promotion are governed by New Zealand law and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
- The Entrants inclusion into this promotion provides their agreement to be contacted by Professionals Real Estate or its associated companies to share details of future promotions. The Entrant reserves the right to ‘opt out’ or ‘stop’ this correspondence at any time and the company will endeavour to remove the Entrant from their database.
